Moving Tote Rental Agreement
1. Rental order and term
The renter agrees to the package, equipment, delivery and pickup details shown in the approved reservation and Stripe checkout. The standard rental includes seven calendar days. Extra time must be approved before the scheduled pickup and depends on inventory availability.
2. Equipment included
Each package includes reusable 27-gallon black moving totes with removable yellow snap-on lids and the number of flat tote dollies shown on the rental page. Tote brand may vary with inventory. The upright hand truck is separate optional equipment. The renter will confirm the equipment count and visible condition at delivery and pickup.
3. Charges and refundable deposit

Approved equipment, travel and labor charges are added to checkout. The hand truck is $20 per rental. Moving labor has a 3-hour minimum: one mover is $80 per hour with a $240 minimum, and two movers are $160 per hour total with a $480 minimum. Estimated labor may be adjusted to the actual approved time worked.
4. Care and permitted use
The renter will use the equipment carefully, keep it reasonably secure and return it empty. Totes may not be used for hazardous materials, wet paint, chemicals, fuels, medical waste, loose liquids, illegal items or anything likely to permanently stain, contaminate or damage the equipment.
5. Loss, damage and normal wear
Normal scuffs and marks from careful moving use are not charged. Missing equipment, broken lids, cracked containers, contamination, structural damage or equipment made unusable may be charged as follows:

One Strong Man will document any deduction with the equipment count, photographs when reasonably available and an itemized explanation. If an authorized loss or damage charge exceeds the $25 deposit, the renter remains responsible for the balance under Section 7.
6. Pickup, extensions and additional trips
The equipment must be empty, nested and available at the approved pickup location and time. If the renter prevents the scheduled pickup, an additional trip charge may apply after the new amount is disclosed. Unapproved retention may result in extension charges and does not guarantee continued availability.
7. Saved payment method authorization
By accepting this agreement and completing Stripe checkout, the renter authorizes One Strong Man LLC to have Stripe securely save the payment method for this rental. The renter authorizes later charges only for documented missing or unusable equipment, approved extensions, customer-caused additional pickup trips, and additional labor or services the renter approves. One Strong Man will provide an itemized notice and receipt for any later charge. One Strong Man does not receive or store the renter's full card number.
8. Deposit return
After pickup and inspection, One Strong Man will initiate a full refund of the security deposit when no authorized deductions apply. If a deduction applies, One Strong Man may issue a partial refund equal to the deposit minus the documented amount. Bank processing time after Stripe issues a refund is controlled by the renter's financial institution.
9. Moving labor
Moving labor is optional, has a 3-hour minimum and is subject to staffing and schedule approval. One Strong Man does not promise full-house moving service or that a selected tote package will hold an entire residence. The renter remains responsible for packing, labeling valuables and disclosing unusually heavy, fragile or hazardous items.
10. Acceptance and contact
